Another group exhibition that I am joining. This time is to interpret and to create my own version of traditional chinese rabbit lantern.

The Squares is my newly developed series of character design based with squares. For this self-initiated project, I set myself a challenge and some boundaries to see how far I can go within a shape limitation by using similar squared facial expressions and at the same time showing some differences.

Recently I am doing some clean ups and backing up my hard drive and found out these long lost creations that I made last year.

They were "born" from my boredom and the material used are mainly clips and little bit of everyday office stationaries.
